    Around 13:05PM GMT the NPU (Network Processing Unit) of the NCS in our London PoP performed a reload causing interfaces on the device to be unavailable.

    Initial investigation seems to align with one of our transit providers suffering a hardware reboot - This churn of prefixes possibly overloaded the NPU causing the reload. We did however also see another 8 peers of LON1 reset at the same time as us.

    As this is the first time we have seen this issue we will be keeping an eye going forward, and should any further information become available we will update this notice.
